Formula not final. Operating cost and expected credit loss are included at the business's request, but their allocation basis is still open — Profit per Account FBS 2.3 flags it as a question for the informant. Every result carries both readings: net profit with those two costs, and net profit without.

Where the numbers come from
FBS 2.1 — Revenue Tracking when the account sits in a tracked deal, source systems otherwise
- Fee income
- Billed rows already reconciled by Revenue Tracking, in USD with the FX rate cited on each row. Accounts outside a tracked deal report zero rather than an estimate.
- Interest margin
- Split into the FTP leg and the client leg so the funding side is visible. Netting the two gives the glossary formula: (FTP − client rate) × balance for a deposit, (client rate − FTP) × balance for a loan.
- FTP rate
- Matched on currency, tenor, product category and direction, taking the version effective during the period — not today's rate. Rates step down on 1 Jul 2026, so a Q3 run picks up a different curve from Q1.
- Operating cost and ECL
- Stand-in figures from a mocked allocation. Flagged provisional on every screen and excluded from the confirmed reading of net profit.
