Pricing setup has no second pair of eyes. The function inventory carries no actor for PS-01 … PS-11, and PS-11 records that the approval mechanism “may be external/future”. So the Pricing Manager moves a configuration from draft to live alone. The same portal does enforce four-eye approval on bundles and refuses to let a maker approve their own work (F-E-03) — the difference here is the specification's, not a shortcut taken in this build.
