Bundles carry no country of their own. What a client can actually take is the intersection of the components with what is published in their entity (PRODUCT_AVAILABILITY), so a regional package narrows per client. Benefits compete with promotions, relationship tiers and rebates on equal footing in the pricing engine; only the single most generous source is applied.

Relationship Manager has read-only access here. The Product Module function list assigns bundle authoring to the Product Manager (F-B-01, F-B-02, F-B-09) and benefits and sign-off to the Pricing Manager (F-B-06 … F-B-08, F-B-10). The Relationship Manager is not an actor on any of them. Switch role to author one.

The catalog spec puts a SERVICE layer beneath each product (F-A-03), so a bundle component can point at a sub-service rather than a whole product. This prototype prices at product level only, so components reference products. Noted rather than invented — the component table takes a service reference without restructuring.
